Castle One X (“we”) processes information through T-Shop (formerly All-Track App) (the “App”) as set out below.
1. Data Categories
We may process:
- Information related to products or content selected by the user, including references, observed details, prices, alerts and preferences.
- Shopping-list and purchase-related information, including selections, retailers, stores, comparisons, totals, outcomes and timestamps.
- App and service information, including identifiers, consent, settings, diagnostics, regional information and service activity.
- Location information when authorised for location-based functions.
Core user-directed functions are performed on-device. Other functions may require data exchanges with T-Shop or third-party services.
2. Location Data
Following a user request and device permission, the App may process foreground location information to provide location-based functions. T-Shop does not use background location. Location and related regional or store information may be retained or disclosed to service providers where necessary to provide, maintain or secure those functions. The functions may be unavailable without the required permission or information.
3. Purposes
We process information to:
- Provide user-configured checks, price lookup, shopping-list, store-discovery, notification, backup and synchronisation functions.
- Operate, secure, diagnose and improve the App and related services.
- Analyse product demand, prices, comparisons, feature use and shopping outcomes.
- Produce research, benchmarks, aggregated insights and commercial products.
- Enforce terms, prevent misuse and comply with law.
The App may request permissions required by enabled functions, including notifications and foreground location. Permissions are controlled through device settings. Denial may disable the related function.
4. Analytics
Pseudonymous analytics records may include data associated with Track, Shopping List, store-discovery and comparison functions, including product references, observed results, user selections, retailers, branches, totals, status, timestamps and related technical data.
Records may be aggregated or de-identified for analytics, research, product development and commercial use.
For online-order confirmations, T-Shop may collect:
- Retailer, branch, confirmation status, fulfilment method, currency and confirmation time.
- Confirmed products, retailer product identifiers, names, quantities, sale types and line amounts.
- Subtotal, total, bag fees, service fees, discounts and GST.
- Products matched to the T-Shop list, quantity changes, missing products and products added at the retailer.
T-Shop does not collect:
- Passwords, one-time codes, cookies, authorisation credentials or session tokens.
- Payment-card, bank-account or payment data.
- Contact details, addresses or delivery instructions.
- Retailer order identifiers.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose information:
- To service providers acting for us.
- To retailers or website operators when performing a user-requested operation.
- To connected services at the user’s direction.
- In aggregated or de-identified form for research, benchmarking, product development or commercial purposes.
- As required by law, security, enforcement, corporate transaction or protection of rights.
We do not sell raw personal information. Third-party services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention and Security
Information is retained as reasonably required for the relevant function, operations, analytics, security, legal compliance and legitimate business purposes. User-controlled information may remain until removed through the App or device.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Processing may occur internationally subject to applicable law.
7. Rights and Choices
Users may manage permissions and available controls through the App or device. Applicable law may provide rights of access, correction, objection or deletion. Requests may require information sufficient to locate the relevant records.

8. Children
The App is not directed to persons under 13 or the applicable minimum age. If we identify prohibited collection from a child, we may delete the relevant records.
9. Changes
We may amend this Policy. Material amendments may require renewed acknowledgement.
